Every post is built from what the responsible bodies publish themselves: the City of Richmond’s finance, assessor, utilities and planning offices, the Code of Virginia, Virginia Tax, the Virginia DMV, GRTC, Richmond Public Schools, the U.S. Census Bureau, NOAA and the National Weather Service.
We do not name or rank individual schools, landlords, agents or businesses, and we do not take payment from them. Where a county office would not open for us, we say so rather than guess its rates.
